This fee covers the trip to your business or home, the diagnostics of the problem, and the explanation of and the cost and plan to remedy the issue(s). 

Please keep in mind that after a Repair is made, additional repairs may be necessary. 

This covers the checking of all components functions, including electrical and mechanical operations, refrigerant pressures, Delta T split temperature, amp draws, and so on.

If any part of this is out of spec, options for repair will be brought to your attention. 

Labor charges are used for physical work, parts acquisition, and other services not covered under the Flat Fee rate of a part or parts. This is also a charge used when replacing parts that are covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
